I will bring with me a professional massage table, fresh/sanitized linens/towels, your choice of cream or oil & relaxing music. Massage/bodywork includes a mix of Deep Tissue, Sports, Thai and Swedish styles … plus some trigger point therapy and sports stretching … ending with a warm towel scrub of the entire body to exfoliate the skin & remove access massage oil/cream. I am always happy to use the time during your appointment in a way that gives you the most relaxation and relief. Some clients have asked to spend the entire 60 minutes only working on the leg-groups (legs, calves, inner/outer thighs, adductors, glutes, feet, etc). and I will always be happy to spend as much time as you need focusing on the area (or areas) of the body you wish to prioritize. I am always happy to work with your unique schedule no matter what time of day or night (as late or early as you need can be worked out with enough notice).Įvery session will be customized to meet your specific needs/desires …. anywhere in the metro-Atlanta and surrounding areas (within 100 miles of Atlanta). I travel to a clients home/hotel or other personal location for NO TRAVEL FEE ….
